I would value seeing # of existing/new followers by region (city/state/region/country) to monitor market impact effectiveness. Allows for targeted initiatives with measured response rates.

To see growth over a longer period, a 3 or 6 month chart would be useful

On twitter, it would be really valuable to target users with authority / high influence within my industry.

If I can see our top #5 influencers along with their klout score, that would be great!

Two ideas here really. I love the Google Analytics month on month view with date comparison. It really helps to give you a feel of progress on your vitals. To show a number followed by a percentage growth would be really helpful.

I also like the idea of having an automated PDF emailed to me at the end/beginning of each month so I don't forget to check in!

Actually you can export data as a CSV file with Excel. I was thinking about the possibility to use the great graphic potential offered by Numbers, to create a beautiful report to export to be more Mac-Friendly!

The site looks great, the branding doesn't have the same quality of finish. Not a complete re-design, just further development of a proper online brand that includes unified typography, colours etc.
